Law on confiscated cars issued in Dubai
Dubai: His Highness Shaikh Mohammad Bin Rashid Al Maktoum,
Vice-President and Prime Minister of the UAE, in his capacity as Ruler
of Dubai, issued on Wednesday a law on dealing with confiscated cars.
The Law No. 23 of 2015 stipulates that a committee will be set up in Dubai Police through a resolution issued by the Dubai Police Chief.
The committee’s members will include representatives from Dubai
Police, Dubai Municipality, Roads and Transport Authority, Public
Prosecution and other relevant bodies.
